How do I order? |

|
After you decide which announcement, invitation, or thank you card you want to order, then click the order here button.
For step by step pictures on how to order Click here Fill out the corresponding form (the announcement and invitation form are on the same page. Scroll down to find the invitation form.) then click submit. If all information has been entered correctly, you will be directed to continue to the final page where your choice will be added to the shopping cart. On the final page, be sure to pick an option from each drop down menu on the page, then you will click "add to cart". Once in the shopping cart, You will then need to enter the number of cards you wish to order. We have a 25 card minimum. Click recalculate to see your total. The shopping cart will walk you through the rest of the process. If you want your child's photograph color tinted, be sure to add the color tinting option to the shopping cart prior to finalizing your payment. After you place your order, we will send you an email containing a web page link to the proof of your birth announcement, invitation, or thank you card. You will need to review the proof carefully to make sure the image is satisfactory and all spelling is correct. You will then need to email or call us with the OK to print. You may ask us to make changes until you are satisfied. We will not print until we get the ok from you. return to top |

What does the price per card include? |

|
The base price of each card includes: - the printed card - one envelope per card (1 extra envelope per 25 cards) - vellum overlay and/or ribbon if part of the design Extra charges apply for return address labels and assembly of your order. return to top |

Do any of your cards require extra postage? |
|||
|
We only have two announcements that require extra postage because of the square shape. They are: - Square Stars & Stripes - Square Pink Roses The extra postage will be 0.12¢ per card. return to top |

When I try to fill out the birth information form I get an error message. What should I do? |
|||
|
If the form asking for your baby's information is not working correctly for you then simply email us the birth information just how you would like it to read on the announcement at wendy@littlefingerslittletoes.net. Then you must finish placing your order through our secure shopping cart. You can place your order in the shopping cart without filling out the form. You might see this message : "CGIEMAIL has been installed correctly To utilize this script, include the following tag in your HTML document: <FORM ACTION="/cgi-bin/cgiemail" METHOD="POST">"This only shows up on a few computers usually because of a security program on the computer. Will I get to see a proof before my order is printed? |

|
Yes! 24 to 48 hours after you place your order we will send you a link via email. Please reply back to us letting us know if everything is o.k. to print. We will not print your order until we get the o.k. from you. This is a free service. Please Note We can not make a proof before you pay for your announcements. We will make changes needed to make them perfect for you. Please note: 24 to 36 hours after you place your order please look for your proof. If you do not receive an email from us, please contact us. Our email might be in your spam box. If you do not contact us and approve your proof within two months we will go ahead and print your order and send it to you. Do I have to pay with my credit card? |

|
We do accept checks and money orders. Choose the appropriate option when prompted and continue through the ordering process so we will receive your order electronically. Murfreesboro, TN 37130 As soon as we receive your payment and the check has cleared, we will send you a proof, print, and ship your order. return to top |

How do you ship the orders? |

|
We ship all of our orders United States Postal Service Priority mail or U.S.P.S. Global Priority® Mail. They should arrive 2-3 days from the day we mail your package.
Delivery times take longer to Canada depending on the Canadian Postal Service. And also with International orders. At this time we do not have rush orders. return to top |

How long will it take to receive my order? |
|||
|
Typically, it takes 5-10 days from the time you place your order until delivery. Please remember we have to wait for payment confirmation before your original announcements and/or cards are created. We take a little extra time making sure your child's image is as close to perfect as we can make it before integrating the image into the announcement design. Our printing process usually takes 2-3 days, then your order is carefully packed and shipped. The average shipping time is 2-3 days. Thank you cards may not take as long since there is not an image to integrate into the design. return to top |

Do you have a minimum order number? |

Yes, we have a 25 card minimum.

What size are the announcements? |
|||
|
All of our vellum birth announcements and photo birth announcements and invitations are 4 1/2 x 6 1/4 in. Some cards are oriented vertically and some are horizontal, but the sizing remains the same. Our new Making Memories series are 5x7 cards. They all come with matching envelopes.

Do you offer return address printing? |
|||
|
Yes, We charge .10¢ per envelope to print the return address label. All of our announcements and invitations have matching return address labels. If you choose this option, be sure to fill out the section of the Announcement/Invitation/Thank You form pertaining to return address. On the product page (the page with the "add to cart" button), be sure to choose the yes drop down option for return address. We will use the same font you choose for your announcements or invitations to print your return address labels.

Will you assemble my cards for me? |
|||
|
Yes. We will assemble your cards and tie your ribbons. We charge .40¢ per card and it will take us three extra days to complete your order. If you choose to assemble your own cards, complete instructions will be included in your shipment.

Can I customize my message? |

Yes. We have a custom message option on the order form. You can create your own special message or you can use one of the examples from Verse it

Can I customize the design with my own swatch of cloth or wallpaper? |
|||
|
Certainly. Just send me the swatch via postal mail and I will do the rest Click here for the mailing address. Make sure the fabric is no smaller than 5x7. I will even place a special message on the back of your announcement or invitation explaining the origin of the custom background.

Can you color tint the photograph of my baby? |
|||
|
Yes. If you send us a color photograph then I can color tint it. It will first be converted to black and white. Then, the color tinting will be added. See how to submit a photograph above. We do charge $10.00 for color tinting. When you order your announcements, you will see a link at the bottom of the product page (where you add your choice to the shopping cart) that will point you to the color tinting page. Click "add to cart" on the color tinting page, then use the Back button on your web browser to return to the previous page. return to top |

What if I am not happy with my order once I receive it? |
|||
|
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will either reprint the cards or return the amount of purchase. In either case, you will need to return the cards to us. Once we receive the return shipment, we will reprint the order or refund the amount of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Can I pre-order my envelopes? |

|
Yes. We will gladly send your envelopes early. You will be charged a $15.00 deposit fee to have them sent early (We do not charge shipping when sending your envelopes early). When we send your envelopes, we will also email you a discount code to use when finalizing your announcement order. This discount code will remove $15.00 from your final purchase price. Can I cancel my order? |

|
Yes. You can cancel at any time. However, if the cancellation is 48 hours or later after your order was placed, we reserve the right to charge a credit processing fee. This fee is a percentage of your total cost. The fee is typically between 3% and 3.5%
